So where've I been? Essentially it boils down to my leaving Eponym.com to pursue other opportunities in the web development market. The good news is that there aren't any hard feelings between me and my former colleagues, they are even allowing me to maintain my blog for free!
Also, please rest assured that Eponym is doing fine and my leaving the company doesn't represent any problems or issues with the service. It will continue into the future albeit, with a slightly changed upgrade model. Expect me to continue work on the ole' blog on into the future!

I suppose that explains the change in service and support and no recent changes to the help blog.
Too bad they lost you at Eponym, they lost a good employee in my somewhat humble opinion. You always helped me and went way beyond expectations.

I want to re-iterate that leaving Eponym was in no way a bad occurrence. It was in the best interest of both sides for a lot of very complicated reasons, but Eponym is a great company with a lot of good people who I will forever remain friends with.
Meanwhile, they will get back in the flow of things and it will all work out in the end.
Thanks again though, it means a lot to hear from a former customer!
